Peter Stewart    Principal

Peter Stewart

Peter is a founding principal of Molino Stewart. He is a qualified chemical engineer and has over 35 years experience. He ran one of the most successful community involvement programs undertaken in Australia to develop land and water management plans for the Murray Region of NSW. These plans have received wide acclaim and emulation.

Steven Molino

Steven is the other founding principal of Molino Stewart. He has dual qualifications in civil engineering and science and over 25 years experience. He has demonstrated a high level of skill in handling the environmental approval of a number of contentious projects, including the Auxiliary Spillway for Warragamba Dam. His strong interpersonal skills have been used to good effect in workshop facilitation, community consultation programs and training.

Neil Dufty

Neil is a qualified teacher and environmental scientist. He has over 30 years experience in community education and environmental management.

Andrew Schofield

Andrew has been consulting, training and auditing in the public and private sectors, both nationally and internationally for over thirteen years. He specialises in the development, implementation and auditing of ISO 14001 environmental management systems and ISO 9000 quality management systems and has worked in industry sectors as diverse as transport, oil and gas, and food processing. He is a registered Lead Auditor with the Quality Society of Australia, and has performed audits for clients in industry sectors including mining, printing and packaging and public utilities. Andrew is also a qualified Certificate IV Trainer and Workplace Assessor, with extensive experience of the design and delivery of training programmes and workshops. He is a recognised lead presenter of QSA registered Environmental and Quality Management Systems Auditor training courses.

Geoff McLeod    Senior Consultant

Geoff McLeod

Geoff is a qualified agricultural scientist with extensive operational, management and extension experience. He has spent most of the past 24 years working in the area of management and strategic planning of natural resource management. As coordinator of the Murray Darling Basin Irrigation program, Geoff was responsible for the guidance of approximately 40 research and investigations projects addressing natural resource management and related policy considerations for irrigation. This involved working with a range of government and industry partners across the Murray Darling Basin. He established and managed the environmental program of Murray Irrigation Ltd, the largest irrigation water provider in Australia. Geoff is actively involved in running a commercial cropping and grazing property in southern NSW. This hands-on experience provides an added dimension to his understanding of natural resource management.
