Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation (Enviro)
Engagement of stakeholders can range from providing them with information through to empowering them as part of the decision making process. Our expert facilitators have designed and delivered programs for engaging communities, employees, businesses and government. We facilitate workshops and focus groups, produce newsletters, media releases and information displays and maintain inquiry systems. Community consultation for complex and controversial projects or environmental issues are our specialty.
Some examples of our Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation projects include:
(Murray Irrigation) - The Federal Government intends to obtain more water for environmental flows into the nation’s rivers, particularly the Murray.
(Latrobe City Council) - The Latrobe Valley in Victoria, largely dependent on its coal and power industries
(NSW DECC) - The DECC is charged with the responsibility of initiating and progressing the NSW component of the iconic Alps to Atherton (A2A) project
